Tom,

Can't promise to provide you with every last technical detail - I remain the football hack at heart; Neil (Mason) is very much the organ grinder on that score behind the scenes, but will post shortly as to what, roughly, is powering 'backchat' along and what we hope we can do next...

All the best, etc

Hi Rick,

Well done, we're going through the 4IP legals stage ourselves right now!

For those of us with a more techy disposition, can you possibly write a few bulletpoints about what the service actually does. Does it search twitter for #ncfc and then import the rss feeds of results into the embedded widget, or is there another stage to it?

best,

Tom
